All sales are final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind, personal preferences, or buyer's remorse.
We do not accept returns simply because a customer no longer wants an item, prefers a different color or style, or has changed their mind after purchasing.
However, if your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we are happy to assist you in resolving the issue.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, please contact us within 30 days of delivery.
To help us review your request, please provide:

Clear photos showing the damage, defect, or incorrect item

Photos of the shipping packaging, if applicable
Once we review the issue, we may offer an appropriate solution, including replacement parts, a replacement item, an exchange, or a refund.
For approved returns involving damaged, defective, or incorrectly shipped items, we will cover the return shipping costs.
Exchanges
Exchanges are only available for eligible items that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.
We do not offer exchanges for changes in personal preference, including requests for a different color, size, design, or style when the correct item was originally delivered.
All exchanges are subject to product availability.
If a replacement is unavailable, we will work with you to arrange an appropriate alternative or refund.
Handcrafted Product Characteristics
Many of our wooden toys are individually handcrafted using natural materials.
As a result, slight variations in wood grain, color, texture, shape, and finish are normal characteristics of handcrafted products.
These natural variations do not necessarily indicate a defect.
Please note that product colors may also appear slightly different depending on lighting, photography, and screen settings.
However, significant damage, manufacturing defects, or products that do not match their descriptions will be reviewed separately.
Made-to-Order & Pre-Order Items
Many of our products are handcrafted in small batches or made to order.
Production and restocking times vary depending on workshop schedules and product availability.
In-stock items typically ship within one week, while items awaiting production or restocking may take several weeks to several months.
Production and restocking delays do not automatically qualify an order for a return or refund.
If you wish to cancel an item that has not yet shipped, please contact us. Cancellation requests will be reviewed based on the order's production and fulfillment status and applicable consumer protection laws.
Return Authorization
All returns must be approved by our customer support team before being shipped back.

If your return is approved, we will provide return instructions and a prepaid shipping label when applicable.
Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.
Refund Processing
For approved refunds, the refund will be issued to your original payment method.
Once a return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the refund status.
Please allow several business days for your bank or payment provider to process the refund.
International Orders
For international orders, please contact us if you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item.
We will review your concerns and determine the appropriate resolution.
Customs duties, import taxes, and other government-imposed charges are generally not refundable by Green Elephant Home and Toys.
